Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping 

All products are dispatched in a maximum of 3-4 business days. We will make every attempt to deliver your products within 6-8 business days in most parts of India. 
Shipping on all orders above INR 900 and above $200 for international orders. A standard shipping fee of INR 99 is applicable on all domestic orders below INR 500.

 Cancellation

All orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of placing the order by writing to us at nirvana@thevasa.com

Exchange/Returns

Unused products in original packaging can be exchanged/returned within 7 days of purchase. We have a no questions asked exchange/return policy and you can request it by sending us an email at nirvana@thevasa.com or filling out the form below. We will get it picked up for free for exchange/return through our shipping partner.

Refunds

In the case of prepaid instruments (like credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, Wallets etc), a refund will be made to the original mode of payment in the same account within 5-7 business days. 

In the case of COD orders, customers are requested to send the following bank details to nirvana@thevasa.com along with tracking details of the returned product. Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days after receipt of returned products.
